Project Coordinator

About the role

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP), a member of Quanta Services, is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support its Operations team and keep project delivery organised, accurate and on track. Working closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers, Project Engineers and Construction Managers, you will coordinate reporting, documentation, procurement and mobilisation activities. The role suits an experienced coordinator who takes ownership and builds strong working relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration and priorities across multiple projects.
• Prepare clear, accurate monthly reports covering safety statistics, financial information and project milestones.
• Support procurement: supplier identification, requests for quotation, new vendor setup, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings, track actions and follow up with stakeholders.
• Assist with site mobilisation, resource allocations and travel arrangements.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, RFIs, transmittals and formal client submissions.
• Support subcontractor administration, contract documentation, variations and notices.
• Learn and apply CPP's project management procedures, identifying gaps and helping the team meet required outcomes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project administration within construction or a similar project delivery environment.
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage requests from several stakeholders.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

Required skills

• Strong written communication and report writing.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence managing multiple systems, registers and databases.
• Understanding of project processes, documentation and time, cost and quality requirements.
