About the role
The role supports a high‑profile transformation programme aimed at improving asset visibility and governance across a national telecommunications and infrastructure network. Working closely with project managers and a range of internal stakeholders, the Project Coordinator ensures that project activities are well‑organised, documentation is accurate and progress is communicated effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering a business‑wide asset review project, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings and documentation across multiple workstreams.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to collect, validate and consolidate asset information.
- Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations and project updates for senior leadership.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within a large organisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Baseline security clearance is highly desirable.
