Program Manager, Cardholder Services

About the role

The Cardholder Services Program Manager ensures alignment on strategy, leads financial performance, and executes Mastercard’s Cardholder Services programs across select Asia Pacific markets, focusing on Australia and New Zealand. The role collaborates with internal teams and clients to drive growth and deliver tangible value.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Market Development – Identify market opportunities, develop roadmaps, and drive product innovation.
• Internal Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the liaison between Cardholder Services and internal teams, communicating performance and initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management – Build strong client relationships, support business reviews, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Program Execution & Operational Excellence – Ensure seamless program delivery, manage escalations, and maintain billing and operational accuracy.
• Financial Performance & P&L Ownership – Monitor financials, support budgeting, and conduct profitability assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience in product management, product development, or project management is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Experience with Tableau or Domo (business intelligence tools).
• Basic programming or coding ability (a plus).
• Understanding of risk management disciplines.
