Primary Teacher - Prep, Year 1-2 or Year 5-6 (Permanent, 2027)

About the role

Corymbia State School in Park Ridge is looking for passionate, collaborative classroom teachers for Prep, Year 1-2 and Year 5-6 to join its growing community in 2027. The school describes itself as having modern facilities, fresh classrooms, a resource centre, an Early Childhood Education centre, a multipurpose hall and good outdoor spaces.

The successful teacher creates a calm, predictable and engaging learning environment, uses evidence-informed teaching practices to support every student's learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging, works collaboratively within a supportive team and contributes to consistent whole-school approaches. Experience in explicit instruction, structured literacy, early-years pedagogy, inclusive education or multi-tiered systems of support is highly regarded.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification
• Full or provisional QCT registration
• Australian working rights or a valid visa
• Adaptable, relationship-focused and committed to making a positive difference in a diverse community
