Primary Teacher, Inclusion Support (Prep-Year 2 and Years 4-6)

About the role

Tullawong State School, a large, established primary school, is offering two full-time temporary inclusion teacher positions. The school offers a family-friendly, supportive environment with a wide range of curricular and extracurricular opportunities. The roles support students with diverse learning needs in either the early years (Prep to Year 2) or the upper primary years (Years 4 to 6).

Key responsibilities

• Support students with diverse learning needs so they can access the curriculum and reach their individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement strategies and adjustments that support inclusive learning.
• Contribute to student participation, engagement, confidence and achievement.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification.
• Full or provisional QCT registration.
• Australian working rights or a valid visa.
• Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply, including practicum reports, mentor statements and an unofficial transcript.
