Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Elsternwick)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our Chemist Warehouse store in Elsternwick. In this fast‑paced retail environment you will deliver comprehensive patient care, ensure accurate dispensing and support the overall operation of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store, dispensary and team operations.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using the MyScripts system.
• Supervise and mentor interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee inventory management, order processing and stock control.
• Support business growth initiatives and new service strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MyScripts dispensing software.
