Personal Banker – Adelaide

About the role

Join Suncorp Bank’s Retail Banking team in Adelaide and help customers achieve their financial goals. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, delivering seamless branch experiences and championing digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience, handling transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
• Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain “know your customer” responsibilities from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
