Partner Solutions Architect – Public Sector

About the role

As a Partner Solutions Architect at AWS, you will build technical relationships with partners across the public sector, acting as a trusted advisor to help them deliver secure, cost‑effective, and high‑performance solutions for government, education and health customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and partners, providing guidance on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
• Create and share best‑practice content such as white papers, code samples, and reference architectures.
• Educate partners through workshops, webinars, meet‑ups and public speaking engagements.
• Represent partner needs internally to influence AWS roadmap and partner program improvements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to present to executives, IT leaders and developers.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with software development, security, networking and data analytics.
