Nightfill Manager

About the role

The Nightfill Manager leads the night‑time replenishment team at a Woolworths supermarket, ensuring shelves are stocked, cartons are processed efficiently and customers find the products they need. This role combines operational leadership with a focus on safety, sustainability and delivering a great shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and direct the nightfill team to meet carton rate targets and maintain product availability.
• Drive sustainability initiatives by overseeing recycling and waste reduction during night operations.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed to protect team members and customers.
• Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to support overall store performance.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
