Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet both functional and performance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse system requirements and impacts for new or enhanced mobile applications.
• Determine and recommend the most effective development approach.
• Engage with business users and technical teams to gather detailed specifications.
• Design and code applications using React Native and, where required, native iOS/Android technologies.
• Conduct unit testing, support system testing, and assist with implementation.
• Provide emergency technical support and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Contribute to programming standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and lead small development teams.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in mobile app development.
• Proven experience with React Native (minimum 2 years) and native iOS/Android development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
