Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

About the role

The group behind four fast-moving hospitality brands (ButterBoy, Norma's Deli, Rollers Bakehouse and Romeo's Burgers) is looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Midweight Graphic Designer. The role supports the Marketing Manager in delivering marketing activity across all venues, leading design projects from concept to final delivery while keeping each brand's visual identity intact. It is a hands-on, high-output position suited to someone who manages multiple priorities across fast-moving brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistent, on-brand execution
• Create concepts for campaigns, venue launches, product launches and seasonal moments
• Produce artwork for print, digital, packaging, merchandise, signage and menus
• Develop social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Prepare production-ready artwork to printer, supplier and platform specifications
• Liaise with printers, signage and packaging suppliers and other production partners
• Assist with basic video editing and motion content for social-first applications
• Give creative guidance to the team and collaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers and venue teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across brands and deadlines

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, hospitality, retail, FMCG or lifestyle)
• FMCG experience is essential; marketing experience is a plus
• A strong portfolio showing both conceptual and executional design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, with strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
• Solid print production knowledge and ability to prepare production-ready artwork
• Experience designing for digital and social platforms
