Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS Fintech

About the role

A scaling Fintech vendor that helps companies manage their back-office operations while keeping the human element is hiring a Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role combining strategic thinking and active execution, covering the full marketing funnel from building awareness for a new product category to creating qualified opportunities that support global growth. The salary offered is $130,000-$150,000 plus super.

Key responsibilities

• Own the generation of qualified pipeline through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Design and run a balanced strategy that builds authority at the top of the funnel and converts leads at the bottom.
• Work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Build, launch and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and email.
• Create content such as case studies and landing pages for key sectors like eCommerce, healthcare and financial services.
• Maintain attribution practices and reporting dashboards to show performance across the funnel.
• Use industry trends and analyst insights (such as Gartner) to strengthen market positioning.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong data interpretation skills so that every dollar spent is measurable and trackable.
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills, with a focus on over-communicating within the team.
• A go-getter with a strong ownership mindset, accountability for outcomes and the ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
