Marketing Coordinator – Digital and Brand

About the role

Explore Industries is looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to strengthen the digital and brand presence of its Leisure Pools and Nexus Pools divisions across Australasia. The role is full‑time, based at the Australasian head office in Yatala, QLD, and focuses on coordinating dealer campaigns, scheduling content, and supporting web, social and paid advertising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule dealer content on social platforms as part of the opt‑in program.
• Plan, implement, schedule and monitor paid dealer campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, organic social).
• Provide daily and cumulative reporting on all dealer campaign activity.
• Maintain reports of dealer and brand paid campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for dealer user groups to share on their own channels.
• Assist in developing content based on customer trends, research and high‑performing keywords.
• Review website pathways, functionality and content for consistency and usability.
• Monitor automation assets used for lead reporting and related marketing processes.
• Support basic artwork, design tasks, WordPress updates and Photoshop editing.
• Contribute to simple video creation and animation projects where needed.

Required profile

• A sound understanding of digital marketing.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dealers and internal teams.
