About the role
As a Manager in PwC’s Private Tax Family Office team, you will provide tailored tax advisory, compliance and estate planning services to high‑net‑worth individuals, families and privately owned businesses across Australia. You will help clients protect and grow their wealth throughout growth and succession phases.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex tax matters such as restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A and trust losses.
- Deliver comprehensive tax compliance, planning and advisory services for trusts, companies, partnerships and individuals.
- Provide family advisory services including succession and estate planning.
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office on Top 500 and Next 5000 programmes, ensuring compliance and proactive issue resolution.
Required profile
- Strong technical expertise in private wealth and family office tax structures.
- Proven experience managing high‑value client portfolios and building trusted relationships.
- Leadership capability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with regulatory bodies.
