Manager, NFR Data and Insights

About the role

The Manager, NFR Data & Insights is responsible for the end‑to‑end development of insight products that support effective non‑financial risk management across ANZ. Reporting to the Senior Manager NFR Data and Insights, the role translates business and risk questions into clear, decision‑ready dashboards and analytical outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of insight products from initial question through to final output.
• Translate business needs into meaningful dashboards and analytical tools.
• Ensure data logic, definitions and integrity are robust and governed.
• Strengthen data quality through feedback loops and system alignment.
• Apply predictive, diagnostic and exploratory analytics to identify trends, emerging risks and actionable insights.
• Utilise advanced techniques such as anomaly detection, classification, forecasting and text analytics.
• Partner with business, risk, data and technology teams to meet prioritised demand.

Required profile

• Strong experience translating business needs into insights and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of operational risk management and the regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to create and simplify data structures, logic and metrics aligned to risk frameworks.
• Experience building dashboards and applying effective visualisation practices.
