Manager, Leadership Capability - Talent & Culture

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is responsible for shaping the capability and confidence of ANZ’s executive team as part of the PACT transformation programme. The role focuses on designing and delivering learning solutions that support culture evolution and non‑financial risk (NFR) management across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Champion an integrated capability‑uplift experience for executives, collaborating closely with the Executive Experience lead.
• Manage relationships with a broad portfolio of cross‑bank stakeholders, SMEs and external vendors to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
• Contribute to high‑level solution design and lead detailed design of key learning components.
• Measure and report on the impact of executive learning initiatives to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Required profile

• Organisational Development experience with a proven track record of delivering capability programmes for senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Strong consulting skills, capable of translating diverse insights into actionable designs.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and commercial acumen.
