Lease Accountant – Global Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Lease Accountant to join our Global Finance team. You will provide high‑quality accounting and reporting for our leasing portfolio, supporting decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end procedures for the leasing portfolio, including rent accruals.
• Perform analytical reviews of occupancy expenses and report on store performance.
• Complete all balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with external audit preparation and requirements.
• Prepare financial statements related to the leasing function.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant or Company Accountant.
• Accounting or Commerce graduate working towards a CA/CPA qualification.
• Demonstrated experience with the tasks listed above.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organisational abilities and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
