Learning Trainer

About the role

Amazon Australia is seeking a Learning Trainer to join its Lytton, Brisbane fulfillment centre. You will partner with workplace process trainers (ambassadors) to deliver high‑quality training for new and existing associates across warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess training programmes for both new hires and experienced associates.
• Perform data entry tasks, including creating and updating training rosters.
• Lead and support ambassadors in delivering training and coaching on the floor.
• Assist in evaluating and monitoring training effectiveness throughout the fulfilment centre.
• Rapidly learn new warehouse processes and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain compliance with audit requirements and refresher training.
• Prepare training areas and ensure readiness of learning spaces.
• Rotate weekly through different warehouse zones to identify skill gaps and barriers.
• Coach associates to help them succeed in their roles.

Required profile

• Dynamic, organised self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work 38 hours per week and overtime as required.
• Proven experience delivering group training and creating training materials.
• Effective feedback, time‑management and attendance record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset and initiative.
• Forklift licence is advantageous.
