Learning Coordinator – Warehouse Training

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join Amazon’s BWU6 Fulfilment Center in Australia. Reporting to the Learning Manager, you will work with the Ambassador team to design, deliver and assess training for new and existing warehouse associates, ensuring high standards of learning and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate a variety of training programs for warehouse team members.
• Maintain training rosters and perform data entry tasks.
• Lead and support Ambassadors in coaching associates.
• Monitor training effectiveness and compliance with audits.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and take corrective action when needed.
• Prepare training areas and maintain readiness of learning spaces.
• Spend at least 5 hours per week on a warehouse process path to stay proficient.

Required profile

• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to act as a role model.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12 hours and perform frequent squatting, bending and reaching.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime and flexible shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Quick learner who can become a subject‑matter expert on new processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications (minimum 1 year experience).
