About the role

Gilbert + Tobin’s Energy, Resources and Infrastructure team is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its Australian practice. The successful candidate will work on high‑profile, technically complex transactions across the mining, oil and gas and renewable energy sectors, supporting projects from acquisition through to divestment.

Required profile

• Three to five years (or more) of post‑qualified experience.
• Deep understanding of Australian mining and oil & gas regulatory frameworks.
• Outstanding drafting ability for complex commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational capabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with clients on high‑stakes matters.
