L3 Engineer – Microsoft Cloud, SaaS & Security

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L3 Engineer specializing in Microsoft Cloud, SaaS and Security to provide senior technical support, own complex escalations and improve the reliability, security and maturity of client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of Level 3 escalations, major incidents and recurring technical issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint, identity, email, cloud and security services.
• Support Microsoft‑focused projects, migrations and deployments across client environments.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, monitoring and remediation activities.
• Document solutions, create knowledge articles and identify automation or service‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Level 3 engineering or senior support role, preferably within an MSP.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and related cloud/security technologies.
• Solid knowledge of servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, backups and remote‑access solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI‑enabled workflows and the ability to apply AI securely.
