Key Account Manager – Remote SaaS (Western Australia)

About the role

This permanent position is for a Key Account Manager who will develop and manage a portfolio of partners in the Western Australia region while working remotely. You will act as the bridge between our client’s advanced access‑control technology and its partner network, driving both new business and ongoing partner success.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, activate and maintain a healthy number of active partners in the assigned region.
• Prospect and qualify new end‑user opportunities within the partner network.
• Present suitable solutions to prospects and generate qualified opportunities for sales partners.
• Support partners through the sales cycle, providing training, technical information and marketing assistance.
• Ensure partners hold required product certifications and keep the territory BDM informed of partner‑generated opportunities in the CRM.
• Analyse partner performance, identify weak partners and decide on support or exclusion.
• Initiate activities to accelerate partner sales capacity and overall revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in sales, account management, partner or channel management.
• Proven ability to develop partner relationships and drive revenue.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with SaaS and hardware‑based technology solutions.
