Junior SEO Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Lumiq is seeking a Junior SEO Executive to support the delivery of SEO services across a diverse client portfolio. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content updates and performance reporting within an agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis and content planning.
• Support on‑page SEO tasks such as metadata, headings, internal linking and image ALT text.
• Upload and optimise website content on WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Prepare SEO reports using Google Search Console, GA4 and other reporting tools.
• Maintain SEO task trackers, keyword maps and website update logs.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on SEO and website work.

Required profile

• Organised, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Curious about how search engines work and motivated to develop SEO expertise.
• Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced agency setting.

Required skills

• WordPress, Shopify or Elementor CMS experience.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and GA4.
• Use of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or SE Ranking.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and basic reporting tools.
