Joinery Draftsperson & Project Coordinator (Mozaik Software)

About the role

Fitin is a growing Sydney‑based joinery manufacturer seeking an experienced Joinery Draftsperson / Project Coordinator. You will own projects from initial documentation through client approval, material procurement and release to production, using Mozaik Cabinet Software.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery and cabinetry shop drawings in Mozaik, interpreting architectural plans, specifications and site measurements.
• Coordinate revisions, maintain drawing registers, and manage client, architect and builder feedback.
• Generate material take‑offs, verify stock, place purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure projects are ready for production.
• Maintain project visibility from drafting to production release, tracking key dates and identifying potential delays.
• Support the factory by releasing approved information, answering technical queries and helping improve drafting and purchasing workflows.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with Mozaik Cabinet Software.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, manufacturing processes and Australian joinery standards.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications and site measurements.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
