IT Support Technician (Onsite) – Perth

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide on‑site assistance to home and business users across Perth. You will resolve issues ranging from email and internet setup to hardware and software troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, email configurations, and internet connectivity.
• Perform data recovery, hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and installations.
• Travel to various suburbs throughout Perth to service client locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on desktop troubleshooting experience (Australia or overseas).
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Own vehicle and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Based in Perth with full Australian work rights.
• Self‑motivated, quick thinker with a go‑getter attitude.

What we offer

• Salary range $55,000 – $62,000 per year plus superannuation and commissions.
