IT Support Officer – Helpdesk for iGaming Brands

About the role
Join Easygo’s fast‑growing IT team as an IT Support Officer, providing high‑quality helpdesk assistance to over 600 employees across some of Melbourne’s most exciting iGaming brands. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operations and a great employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve IT tickets in Jira, escalating when necessary.
- Set up new hires with the right hardware, software, and access on day one.
- Maintain meeting rooms and office equipment, including moving desks and installing monitors.
- Troubleshoot hardware, Wi‑Fi, Windows and macOS issues.
- Support the adoption of new systems and tools across the organisation.
Required profile
- Curious, proactive and customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.

- Windows operating system
