Integrated Supply Planner – Retail Account

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to act as the key interface between PepsiCo ANZ and Coles, ensuring optimal on‑shelf availability through effective replenishment planning and execution. The role supports both baseline and promotional sales requirements while maintaining inventory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and replenishment processes to achieve target service levels across the Coles network.
• Manage Coles inventory positions, minimizing store reconciliations and staying within agreed monthly inventory dollar targets.
• Oversee daily ordering execution, flagging service risks and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate planning collaboration to deliver optimal stock weight for baseline and promotional sales.
• Own the supply‑chain relationship for the Coles account and provide insights to improve cross‑functional ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Resilience in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for supply and demand planning.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning and forecasting processes.
