Immigration Lawyer / Associate

About the role

Fragomen is seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer/Associate to join its Sydney team. The role involves providing legal immigration advice, independently managing a caseload, and supporting senior team members on complex immigration matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal immigration advice to a diverse client base, including individuals, emerging businesses, and multinational corporations.
• Manage immigration caseload independently while supporting senior lawyers on highly technical matters.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of post‑admission experience with a focus on corporate immigration or non‑employer‑sponsored matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a client‑service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
