About the role
An iconic Australian company is looking for an experienced Identity Engineer to support and enhance enterprise workforce identity platforms in a complex, large-scale environment. The position is a contract role based in Melbourne with a hybrid working model.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, enhance and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Design and deliver secure workforce identity solutions
- Monitor platform stability, performance and compliance
- Provide technical leadership across day-to-day operations and project delivery
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Take part in an on-call support roster
Required profile
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Solid knowledge of IAM protocols such as OIDC, SAML, OAuth, FIDO2, NTLM, Kerberos and LDAP
- Advanced scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript or Python
- Experience with multi-cloud environments, CI/CD and version control
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with Silverfort, SailPoint, CyberArk or Auth0 is highly regarded
