HR Coordinator – Perth Manufacturing Site

About the role

Join Patties Foods at our Perth manufacturing site as an HR Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be at the centre of the employee lifecycle, supporting staff and leaders in a fast‑moving environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, contract changes, internal moves and off‑boarding.
• Prepare contracts, letters and HR documentation while maintaining accurate employee records.
• Provide first‑line support for employee queries and HR matters.
• Assist with employee‑relations activities and people initiatives across the site.
• Coordinate recruitment from job posting to onboarding, schedule interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Support managers throughout the hiring process and contribute to recruitment reporting and workforce planning.
• Play a key role in implementing and optimising Dayforce and other HR systems.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and business transformation initiatives.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and timely HR services.
