About the role
Based at BusinessPatties Foods' Perth manufacturing site and reporting to the HR Manager, this HR Coordinator role offers a varied, fast‑moving environment where you will support employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding, contract changes, internal moves to off‑boarding.
- Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Provide first‑line support for employee queries and HR matters.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support employee relations initiatives and people programs across the site.
- Assist with recruitment reporting, workforce planning and HR projects.
- Play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of Dayforce and other HR systems.
- Contribute to process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Organised, proactive and enjoys working with people.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality HR support.
Required skills
- Experience using Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.
