Hospitality Recruiter – 3‑Month Contract

About the role

Feedwell, one of Australia’s fastest‑growing corporate catering companies, is looking for a contract Hospitality Recruiter to source mid‑management kitchen talent for high‑volume production environments. This is a three‑month, flexible‑hours contract based in the Sydney CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted lists of mid‑career chefs and kitchen supervisors working in production kitchens, contract catering, hotels and similar venues.
• Network on LinkedIn and other passive channels to identify candidates who are not actively job‑searching.
• Design and execute outreach campaigns that turn cold contacts into warm conversations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end pipeline from initial contact through handover for screening.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to refine sourcing strategies and deliver qualified talent.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience sourcing hospitality talent at mid‑management level (Chefs de Partie, Sous Chefs, 2IC supervisors).
• Proven track record placing chefs in hard‑to‑fill roles where job boards have failed.
• Strong understanding of corporate catering environments and the ability to sell Feedwell’s unique value proposition.
