Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team at Bosch Group’s Clayton headquarters. The role will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HSE systems across our Australian operations, partnering with key stakeholders to drive safety and sustainability outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, review and continuous improvement of HSE management systems, policies, procedures, tools and documentation.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, ISO standards and organisational requirements.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to employees, contractors and visitors.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture and support sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HSE professional in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and ISO standards.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive safety mindset.
