About the role
The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of a data‑driven marketing strategy that supports Ipswich Grammar School’s ambitious growth agenda. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Community and working closely with senior leadership, the role offers high visibility and influence over brand positioning, enrolment demand and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a contemporary marketing strategy aligned with the school’s growth objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and increase market visibility across Queensland.
- Leverage customer, enrolment and market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Enhance the parent and community experience at key touchpoints.
- Support enrolment demand, retention and long‑term growth initiatives.
- Build organisational confidence in marketing‑led decision making.
Required profile
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and growth planning, preferably in commercial or profit‑for‑purpose environments.
- Strong ability to translate customer insight and market data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational influence skills.
- Balance of strategic thinking with practical delivery.
