Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the friendly face that welcomes guests at Mantra Sydney Central, located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. You will guide visitors from check‑in through check‑out, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay while promoting the hotel’s amenities and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a VIP‑level welcome and farewell experience for every guest.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions with in‑depth knowledge.
• Accurately manage reservations, guest accounts, and check‑in/check‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or similar hospitality role is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
