Guest Service Agent – Front Desk Roles

About the role

Join the front‑desk team at The Ritz‑Carlton Perth and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver warm, personalized service, manage arrivals and departures, and ensure every stay begins and ends with a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a sincere welcome and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Process check‑ins by confirming reservations, issuing room keys, and coordinating with Housekeeping to confirm room readiness.
• Handle check‑outs, including express check‑outs, resolve billing issues, settle accounts, and collect feedback.
• Process all payment types – cash, checks, debit, credit – accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification from a nationally accredited provider.
• I’m Alert Food Safety Certification issued by the City of Perth.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service role is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.

Required skills
