Graphic Designer

About the role

Brandflow is hiring a Graphic Designer for its Marketing Team in Brisbane, with hybrid or flexible working options. You will create creative, compelling and visually engaging marketing collateral that promotes and empowers brand awareness for Brandflow's clients. The role reports to the Senior Graphic Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Create eye-catching, informative designs for a variety of media
• Design layouts and processes from concept to final format, making sure the finished material is correct and supplied in the right sizes and colour codes before going to press or production
• Deliver the design and layout of promotional material and publications with a high level of attention to detail
• Manage printing, binding and distribution of marketing collateral as required

Required profile

• Natural flair for creative design with strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand briefs, gather further information where needed and cross-check work against the design brief
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects while prioritising workload
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude, quick grasp of new concepts, and ability to work autonomously and in a team

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of graphic design software
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent time management and a strong understanding of design processes, tools and trends
