Graduate Physiotherapist

About the role

Lifecare Physiotherapy is looking for upcoming or recent graduate physiotherapists to join its graduate program in Murdoch, on a full-time or part-time basis. The role may also include access to the Inpatient Wards at SJOG Hospital Murdoch. You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by clinical leaders, plus regular professional development and career planning sessions. The clinic offers a wide range of cases, including sporting, musculoskeletal and general physiotherapy.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal and/or sporting injuries
• Create and implement treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and other modalities according to the treatment plan
• Run group exercise classes
• Work with other Allied Health Professionals to deliver holistic care
• Communicate with general practitioners and referrers
• Prepare treatment management plans and reports for stakeholders, including third-party payers

Required profile

• AHPRA registration
• Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating within the next 6 months
• Interest in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check after a successful application
