Graduate Engineer – Telecom & Network Solutions

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join its Mission Critical Systems team. You will work on cutting‑edge public safety communication solutions, gaining hands‑on experience with cloud, cybersecurity, IP networking and digital telecommunications technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support design verification of public safety communication solutions.
• Develop test automation frameworks and software to validate system functionality.
• Create and execute test scripts based on customer requirements for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct investigations across the product lifecycle, including user acceptance testing.
• Provide technical expertise for Motorola Solutions customer networks across ANZ/AMEA regions.
• Design and verify novel solutions to complex network coverage and verification challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, solution architects and third‑party suppliers.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
