General Labourer – Gold Coast (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time General Labourer to join our Urban Division on projects across the Gold Coast. You will work on subdivisions, bulk earthworks and utility installations, enjoying a stable permanent contract and the benefit of returning home each night.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sites, dig and level ground for construction works.
• Assist plant operators, pipelayers and other trades on‑site.
• Spot and guide heavy machinery and manage material movements.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free site and support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous physical labour experience in civil construction, subdivisions, roadworks or utilities.
• Valid Construction Induction White Card and a current driver’s licence.
• Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
• Punctual, reliable and a positive team player.

Required skills

• Hand tools operation.
• Power tools operation.
• Spotting for heavy machinery.
• Material handling on construction sites.
