Full-time Pharmacist – Compounding Dispensary

About the role

Full‑time pharmacist position based on‑site in Brookvale, Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Working hours are 9 am‑5 pm, Monday to Friday with no weekends or late nights, and on‑site parking is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and prepare the dispensing of custom compounds, including nutritional powders, capsules, liquid herbal formulations and bespoke topicals.
• Review practitioner prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
• Maintain quality control and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate directly with naturopaths, nutritionists and integrative doctors on formulation questions.
• Manage dispensary inventory together with the wider team.
• Provide formulation advice for new bespoke product development.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist (mandatory).
• Compounding experience or a genuine interest in learning compounding – training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Comfort discussing formulations with practitioners.
• Experience in natural or integrative medicine is a bonus, not a requirement.
