Forensic Accounting Manager – Brisbane

About the role

Our client, a leading 2nd Tier professional services firm in Brisbane, is seeking a Forensic Accounting Manager to lead a diverse forensic team. You will deliver forensic accounting and financial investigations for a broad client base, ranging from ASX‑listed companies to private SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements and a team of highly motivated staff.
• Gather, analyse and report on business information to identify profit and loss drivers.
• Investigate accounts, stock, policies and procedures.
• Work directly with insurance providers, brokers and clients, managing expectations and relationships.
• Provide strategic risk‑management advice based on investigative outcomes.
• Value assets and businesses and assess commercial challenges over short and long terms.
• Communicate findings and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in forensic accounting.
• CA or CPA qualification plus relevant forensic accreditations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
