About the role
As an upshot of growth, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of Australia's leading financial services teams. The team is headed by two partners and includes lawyers ranging from graduate to special counsel level.
Key responsibilities
- Licensing obligations
- Product design and distribution
- Anti‑money laundering and consumer protection obligations
- Advice on regulatory breaches relating to APRA and ASIC
- Advice on the Financial Accountability Regime
Required profile
- 2‑5 years' financial services experience in a reputable law firm
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting skills
- Proactive and commercially minded
- Excellent academic record
