About the role

Join Stryker's high‑performing Sydney service team as a Field Service Engineer, supporting a broad portfolio of market‑leading medical technology across the region. This field‑based position offers variety, autonomy and daily customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installation, maintenance and repair of medical equipment throughout Sydney and occasional interstate or New Zealand locations.
• Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, technically minded individual with a strong curiosity and problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for field travel.

Required skills

• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding abilities.
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Confidence using tools and working with technical equipment.
