Field Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Aggreko is seeking an experienced Field Service Delivery Manager in Western Australia to lead the coordination, execution, and management of temporary power generation and temperature control rental solutions. This hands‑on role ensures safe, efficient delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of rental equipment on construction sites, events, utility outages or emergency deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of field delivery operations for generators, transformers, load banks and cooling/heating rental equipment.
• Lead, schedule and support a team of field technicians to ensure reliable, on‑time installations.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Conduct site assessments, size equipment, oversee installations and ensure compliance with safety and QHSE standards.
• Maintain inventory, tools and vehicles, troubleshoot onsite technical issues and keep accurate service records.

Required profile

• 5+ years in power generation, electrical distribution or equipment rental services.
• Proven leadership in field service operations or project management.
• Ability to work under pressure, travel frequently and hold a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of diesel and natural‑gas generators, load banks and HV transformers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, single‑line schematics and site plans.
• Familiarity with service scheduling and fleet management software.
