About the role

Join The Yiros Shop as a Fast Food Team Leader at our Albion restaurant. Lead a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment while delivering authentic Greek‑inspired street food.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant to a high standard.
• Lead, support and train team members, including junior staff.
• Monitor store performance, meet KPIs and handle cash and register operations.
• Prepare food using deep fryer and grill equipment while maintaining food safety standards.
• Address customer complaints professionally and keep the restaurant clean.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Shift Leader in fast food or hospitality.
• Strong communication, reliability and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and school holidays.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to food safety and hygiene.
