Faith and Mission Leader (POL 4)

About the role

Salesian College Chadstone is seeking an experienced and passionate Faith and Mission Leader (POL 4) to strengthen the Catholic identity and Salesian charism across the college. The role will guide faith formation, liturgical life, spirituality programmes and social‑justice initiatives for students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Catholic identity and Salesian charism throughout the college community.
• Design and deliver faith‑formation opportunities for both staff and students.
• Organise liturgical celebrations, reflection days and the Don Bosco Festival Week.
• Support social‑justice projects and community‑engagement activities.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance Religious Education and related programmes.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to Catholic education and the Salesian tradition.
• Leadership experience in a Catholic secondary school setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commitment to child safety and student wellbeing.
• Ability to inspire and lead staff professional learning.
