About the role
This position is the operational hub for a fast‑growing private investment team in Sydney CBD. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will ensure the office runs smoothly, support senior professionals, and lead a major office relocation project.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and schedules for senior investment staff.
- Coordinate international, multi‑leg travel, visas and accommodation.
- Organise meetings and video conferences across multiple time zones using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Prepare and submit expense reports via Concur and reconcile team spending.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, liaise with building services and manage maintenance.
- Support onboarding of new team members as the office expands.
- Screen calls and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
- Lead the upcoming Sydney CBD office relocation, handling all project aspects.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior professionals in a fast‑moving, detail‑driven environment.
- Background in investment management, private equity, real estate, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex international travel and multi‑time‑zone scheduling.
- Experience handling office operations, facilities, or relocation projects.
Required skills
- Concur expense and travel management platform.
- Zoom video‑conferencing tool.
- Microsoft Teams collaboration platform.
