Engineering Manager – Salesforce

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple Salesforce engineering squads delivering critical technology capabilities for ANZ. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on technical guidance across enterprise integrations, cloud‑native services and modern DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow several squads delivering enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions and associated services.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering practices, delivery execution and operational excellence.
• Drive engineering quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability and release governance.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security and Platform teams to ensure secure, scalable and resilient outcomes.
• Coach and mentor engineers and emerging technical leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading engineering teams delivering large‑scale Salesforce solutions in complex enterprises.
• Strong background in modern DevOps environments with mature CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on technical engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology domains.
