About the role

Join APM’s Inclusive Employment Australia Program as an Employment Consultant at our Yanchep, WA site. You will help people with disability secure sustainable jobs, providing guidance, advocacy, and ongoing support throughout the employment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants in preparing for, finding, and maintaining meaningful employment.
• Identify each participant’s strengths and develop tailored job‑search strategies.
• Create innovative solutions to overcome employment barriers and ensure workplace adjustments.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices with partner employers.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion.
